| We estimate that since 1976, Frye's Music Service has: serviced more than 5,500 pianos, organs, and keyboards in Toledo area homes; serviced more than 1,700 pianos and organs in Toledo area churches and institutions; moved more than 4,000 instruments; performed more than 550 in-home furniture and piano touch-ups; completely shop rebuilt, restrung, and refinished more than 85 grand pianos; refinished more than 225 other instruments; refinished guitars, violins, dining room tables, chest of drawers etc., and even one traveling train cello case; helped and guided more than fifty customers in refinishing their own instruments; built or helped to build six harpsichords; installed 25 QRS Pianomation systems, recorded and produced more than three dozen record, cassette, or CD albums, including The Chanters of Zenobia, two albums for the Miami University Men's Glee Club, and eight for The Cake Walkin' Jass Band, the former house band of Toledo's own Tony Packo's Cafe (featured in the TV show "MASH" with Jamie Farr); guided more than 500 students and parents on tours and demonstrations through our facilities; taught more than 3,000 private lessons; performed over 2,000 Singing Deliveries which included more than 10,000 flowers and 4,500 balloons sometimes dressed as gorillas, clowns, or space monsters; and have put more than 450,000 miles on our company cars and trucks.
